For beginners, first learn to listen, then talk and read. Finally learn to read and write. Listen to English everyday by listening to English songs, watching English TV shows or movies and using online English lessons. Make an English/ESL friend who can make up conversations, practice dialogues and help you with your English lessons. Read English stories by starting with children’s storybooks. Read advertisements signs and labels whenever you can. Write down new words. Look for their meaning in an English-English dictionary first. Make example sentences. Keep an English diary. Start with one sentence. Write your feeling down. Write about the weather. Learn English more quickly by visiting an English speaking country. Stay with an English family. Hear native speakers talk and most of all, have a fun experience.
