我国《收养法》对收养关系的解除条件和解除程序都做出了规定，但在司法实践运用中仍显不足，表现为对未成年被收养人的利益保护不够，忽略未成年被收养人的解除收养请求权，某些特定情况下收养人的请求权不充分。本文在考察和借鉴国外相关收养立法经验的基础上，就我国关于收养关系解除规定的不足进行分析，并提出完善收养人和被收养人解除关系请求权的建议。
