websphere中JVM一直增加

最近装的web应用，在websphere的输出日志中报SystemErr R java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: JVMCI015:OutOfMemoryError, cannot create anymore threads due to memory or resource constraints 错误，另外发现websphere的native_stderr.log日志一直中一直在分配新的内存空间，一直到最大分配内存大小为止（还有近50%的free空间没用），导致最后用户不能登录系统。
