myeclipse中xml文件模板怎么自动导入？

比如说我要新建一个spring配置文件，就要在里面加入如下这些东西

xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans
http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.0.xsd
http://www.springframework.org/schema/context
http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.0.xsd" >
这些东西，又记不住，有没有办法在新建的时候自动导入？
当然可以给他加入spring工程，但是加入的spring工程包与我自己导入的工程包不会冲突吗？
