With the fast development of expressway,the increase of vehicle velocity and the increasing traffic density on the road,the functional reliability of vehicle's braking system is getting more and more important in order to guarantee driving safety and reliable parking;and developing a vehicle braking system with excellent performance plays an important role in expanding the market and improve the vehicle sales volume.
Therefore,it's necessary to launch the research on vehicle brake mechanical inertia test-bed in order to better imitate the practical operating mode and working condition for the brake,through which can truly reflect the vehicle brake's braking performance、improve the R&D level、shorten the development cycle and improve the braking efficiency.
This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical operating conditions of the vehicle wheels in terms of load transfer、torque transfer and revolving speed.According to the requirements by test-bed design function,desin the comprehensive test-bed mechanical part of air-braking disc brake;this test-bed utilizes the mechanical inertia force to load and imitate the inertia force based on the combined situation by adjusting flywheel,which is suitable to test van's air-braking disc brake ranging from 3tons to 9tons.
