If the financial risk of small and medium-sized enterprises is not effective assessment, their management strategy is not integrated, it will bound to cause the financial crisis. So for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the level of financial risk management, perfect financial management system, internal control has become the key to winning. This article takes Sally dany cashmere apparel co., LTD. of Beijing as an example, it will specific analysis of the financial situation and problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and put forward the corresponding rationalization proposal.
