Abstract: Lu Xun is a founder of Chinese modern literature. His works have generally revealled the darkness of society. His major works are novel corpus <battle cry> and <wanderring>. In these novels, Lu Xun described three kinds of different characters of clerisy. Although they had a different life and ending according to their education background and experience, but the rounting of their lives are similar: they all lived a bitter life and even some of them died in poverty and disgrace. The three characters are: victim and sacrifice of feudalism; protector and follower of feudalism; protestor and resistor against feudalism.
