百度搜索adt20 然后去android的网站上下，即.android.com后缀的，下载完成后把plugins和features复制到myeclipse安装目录下dropins文件夹下，删除configuration文件夹下org.eclipse.update目录，启动myeclipse，会弹出提示照提示安装就行，这是离线安装方法

你最好下载ADT文件，然后离线安装。网络不通畅会造成这样的错误。希望采纳
