关于MAYA图形编辑器的问题

在图片编辑器里选中了关键帧，然后点击Free Tangent Weight的时候，出现了错误提示Error: All of the animation curves are non-weighted. Unable to change the weight locked state.
请问这是怎么回事。
我初学MAYA，遇到了好多困难，不想就这么放弃了，希望能得到各位前辈的帮助~先谢谢了！！
我导入别人的例子，是可以在Free tangent weight和Lock tangent weight之间转换的。但是到我自己建立的时候，这两个都转换不了。
