从SVN上下载项目模块maven project， 在eclipse中尝试转换，用命令mvn eclipse：eclipse转换失败

报错为在pom.xml中
Project build error: Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not find artifact com.eastcom_sw.ncsp.parents:ncsp-jar-parent:pom:1.0-SNAPSHOT and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM

我知道是父POM的问题，但是把上一级项目下下来，又要下载上一级项目，以此类推要下载整个项目了。
求解决办法。
