Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?The best way to improve the quality of education is to incease teacher's salaries.
Nowadays people attach great importance to education. One option to improve teaching quality is to increase teacher's salaries. Whether it is the best option is under fierce discussion. Generally speaking, to increase teacher's salaries is a good way to improve education quality instead of the best.
First of all, increasing the teacher's salaries can motivate teachers to teach their classes better. They will prepare for their classes more carefully and focus more on school education instead of taking part time teaching jobs on weekends. For example, my mom is a high school teacher. She used to be a family tutor on weekends. But last month, she stopped doing that work because her school increased her salary form 5000 yuan per month to 8000 yuan per month. I also found her spending more time on preparing for her classes. As she said, now that the school increased my salary, I should work harder.
However, raising teacher's salaries may also cast some bad effects on students. We all know that teacher's salaries come mainly from the tuition the school received from students. Thus, if the salaries of teachers increase, the tuition of students will also increase. This will cause some children from underprivileged families lose their opportunity to attend school because they can't afford it. In this perspective, the increasing of teacher's salaries will harm the quality of education on overall students.
Last bu not least, there are method to improve education quality other than increasing teacher's salaries. Providing additional training for teachers is one of the methods. For example, from an interview involve several teachers of my high school, I heard that they were satisfied with the training program the school provided and they were ready to offer students with higher-quality classes.
To sum up, increasing the teacher's salaries is a good way of improving education quality. But is also have some side effects. We should be aware of the other methods of improving education quality instead of focusing only on increasing teacher's salaries.

不同意 1. 老师的工资已经很高 高于平均工资了 他们可以弄补习班啊 还有寒暑两个大长假 所以提高工作也不会让教学质量提升 2. 教育质量的提高需要学校重点把学校设施弄好 如图书馆实验室随便写个例子 一个学生需要资料 但是却在图书馆找不到书 这就严重影响了学习得热情和效率 所以。。。。。 3. 提高教学质量的另一个有效方法是对老师的选拔进行严格把关 因为这样可以提高教师的平均素质， 另外呢 老师的选拔严格了 自然更厉害啦 人们就更尊重他们啦 社会地位提高啦 老师开心了 就motivation有了 就这样吧 这是新东方某老师讲的思路。我正好上过
