我写的这个英文书信里面有没有语法错误？

Sir or Madam,
My name is X X . I took part in
the IELTS test (Academic) on 21st March, 2015 for the purpose of pursuing the
Master Degree of Urban Planning in the UK. Bearing the puzzlement of the
result, I wish to reassess my test score on writing and speaking.
In order to have a perfect score, I had given IELTS 3 times from
2nd October 2014 to 21st March 2015. And my scores on listening (6.5) and
reading (7.5) increases when be compared with previous ones. While I have spent
a period of time working on writing and speaking, the two sections were
still 5.5, which I think I have done a good job and would be a higher score.
For the past period, I have spent almost 6 hours a day to
practice both writing and speaking. Moreover, I attended English classes and
was greatly benefited from a native-English teacher on writing and speaking.
After two months study, she told me that my writing skill had improved a lot.
However, I still got 5.5 in writing part and speaking part, and this really
made me puzzled and frustrated.
Thanks for my excellent academic background; I have fortunately
obtained an offer from the University of Sheffield, which condition was to
reach at least 6 on each part before July. If I cannot get a satisfactory
score, I will lose this opportunity to further my education at my dream school.
And taking another exam is extremely inconvenient for me, so I request to
remark my writing section.
