摘要：财务管理处于公司治理的核心地位，其管理水平直接反应了公司整体管理水平，它为企业决策提供重要的依据。本文简要的阐述知识经济时代经济模式对现行财务管理模式的影响，知识经济是以知识资源为基础的一种经济形态，社会经济形态从工业经济向知识经济迈进，引起企业生产经营管理活动广泛而深刻的变化，这一变化对建立在传统工业经济基础上的财务管理模式提出一系列创新要求，因此只有对财务管理模式加以改革，才能有效的应对知识经济的挑战。

Abstract: Financial management is in the main position of a company's arrangement. The level of it directly shows the standard of the entire management of a company. This paper tries to give a brief introduction about the influences on the management mode of financial management brought by the knowledge time. Knowledge time is an economic pattern based on the source of knowledge. Social economic pattern transforms from industrial pattern to knowledge pattern, leading to the result of the extensive and profund change in the enterprise production activities. And the series of the change come up with new demands for the financial management which is based on economic foundation of the traditional industry. Only by taking some measures to reform the mode and pattern of the financial management can it be more effective to embrace the challenge of the knowledge economy.
