暇之余,常常思索工作中的点点滴滴.在剑桥工作的这四年里,我接过小班,大班,混合班,也接过别人的班,可以说是学生经历丰富.这里,结合多年的教学实践,有几点心得与大家分享.
第一是提高常规训练.所谓没有规矩不成方圆,没有常规也不成课堂.对学生不控制不行,控制死了也不行,英语学习就是要给学生更多说话的机会.给学生自由但是不能放任自流.自由要与纪律相结合.
首先来分析一下学生的性质,正所谓知己知彼,百战百胜.我认为学生分为三种性质,第一种是中性的,这种学生既不促进也不防碍课堂秩序；第二种是恶劣的,戏弄同学,嘲讽老师,接话茬等；第三种是孺子不可教也,这样的学生我们要和家长沟通好,做到让家长了解孩子的情况,理解我们的工作就好.不管遇到哪一类学生让我们生气,经验告诉我不能大动肝火,否则会激化矛盾,会产生更严重的叛逆,这一点在中学生中很明显.
