The progress of the society make dramatical impression to the corporate，modern corporates are facing complicated external environment and diversification of the international management.This is a very period of time where there are many crisises and opportunities，the manager of the company should learn and grasp the rules about learn to survive ，think the methods to develop and change the impression to motivation,so that the firm can control the crsis and opportunities and grasp the chance when they come .Intense comptitions ,nomatter domestic or overseas markets breeds risk, in order to spread the risk, avoid and reduce the risk of business ,the company should obey the developing trend towards diversification and improve the business enterprise's profitability.By strengthening management.
