如果我来做的话，我会用JS+GIF来实现这种效果
写一个类来保存每个图片所应该有的信息
这个信息可能是从数据库取或是WEB
可能这个类需要job_offer_company公司名
job_offer_details 工作详细这应该是一个对象数组
他应该保存着具体工作的明细，URL等等
在鼠标移动到的事件上加一个给TIP_DIV添加信息的方法
就像你看到的，左上角是公司名，中间是一些招聘的职位，右侧是公司招聘的LOGO,具体怎么实现看个人喜好了

简单啊，显示与隐藏层的方法就可以了。

用div 层互换啊，加上JavaScript 可以点击一层而隐藏另一层吗！
