For the education system keep improving and the daily management become more and more heavy and complex, a mangement software is needed to develop to base the education work on information、conveniention and modularization. Therefore, it is urgent to research and develop a sort of integrated teaching management software making the work of teaching information-based, modularized and facilitating. The system is started from the new starting point of the actual situation for vocational schools teaching management, it integrated all data processing together in order to realize really data sharing and completely resolve the issue of data security. In this article it focused on the explaining of system’s realization process: including: needs analysising, system designing, system realization, system testing and maintenance.
