摘要：农地经营制度创新是启动农村改革的一个支点，也是经济和社会发展的动力源泉,探索农地经营制度的创新,对促进农村经济的发展具有重要意义.本文着重分析了我国农村最基本的农地经营制度——家庭承包经营制的可行性及其潜在能力，并确认了此制度的无可替代性。对农地经营制度进行了创新的必要条件及可行途径分析，同时结合国外的成功经验，提出一些我国应该学习、借鉴的东西。这样有助于明确创新思路和创新方向。最终通过农地制度创新，使一个农业大国走向富强。
