Tanslation is closely related with language culture. Due to various characteristcis of language, such as nationality, region and time, the translation can not be set up if we don't take language culture into account. Cultural differences exists all the time, which determines the different characteristics between Chinese and English. This paper will illustrate how cultural differences influence translation from such following aspects: religion, custom and value ect. which would be a reference to translation, and brings us a further understanding about the inluence of cultural differences in translation. Translation represents a cross-culture communication, in which a culture can be transformed into another. Thus translation are bound to be influenced by the unique cultural characteristics. The limitations of the exact correspondence in translation between the source language and target language are caused by the differences between the two cultures. Moreover, the diificulty in translation always lies in how to fully present the meaning. From the practices of translation, this article lists a series of culture factors influencing transltion through the comparion and analysis of differences betwwen western and eastern cultures, to declare the great role which cultural differences play in translation. Furthermore, this paper also wants to make people face the cultural differences correctly, points that people should pay high attention to the cultivation of cross-culture communication and increase the sensity and veracity in using language, overcoming the cultural barriers in translation.

it is inosculated between translation and language culture。due to nationality of language,regional and era,so we need to take into account about language culture in translating process。culture gap are always existed。 The different English and Chinese culture has decided the different cultural characteristic between chinese and english ,
