在听完何捷老师关于学生写作的讲座之后,我深有同感的便是,我们的作文训练是否进入了误区?我们的语文教学是“培优”为目标还是“普及”呢?何捷老师的十二字“真经”是:“早起步,低要求,勤训练,多鼓励”。
    
    说到“早起步”,我觉得他所说的“孩子从出生开始的第一声啼哭便是第一篇作文”,听来新颖想想有理。如果你把作文和“说话”想到一起,便会发现,其实哭声不就是孩子和外界交流的语言吗?随着孩子慢慢地成长,只要是当爸爸妈妈的人,是否都有过这样的感受——不经意间,从孩子的口中溜出了一句挺“成人”的话语,这时候做家长的人都特别为孩子高兴。其实,如果从小训练孩子有了较敏锐的感受能力,善于发现环境不同或是变化的地方,再学着观察,描述,相信将来孩子在写作文的时候是不愁没“米”下锅的,可以说,这样教出来的孩子拥有一双“作文”的眼睛。而我们方言区的孩子,在上学之后还面临这样的一个大转折——把方言变成普通话。这是两种体系的语言,有词汇的不同,还有句式,语法等等问题,所以如果对学生早一些进行类似的训练,那么这些孩子上学之后在“说话”上要走的路会顺一些。可是有些老师和家长往往忽视了这些,所以孩子在说话写话的时候便遇到许多障碍,如果没有好好地化解,这些孩子将来对写作肯定没有信心和兴趣的。
    
    再来说说“低要求,”何捷老师说,课标里对写作是这样要求的:“低年级乐于写,中年级自由写,高年级学会写。”而我们现在对学生的要求,一年级上学期期末考试时候往往写一句通顺的话得不到满分,因为写得太少,一年级下学期就至少要写上两三句话了,二年级就写得更多了,有的孩子洋洋洒洒一段话甚至是一篇作文也能写得出来。可是有的中下等生就不行了,语句不通顺,错别字多,不会写的字用拼音也拼写不对,改卷时可以说是半改半猜。这样的孩子升上中年级,遇到的困难更大,因为往往在中年级我们就要求孩子写类似“篇”的文章了,可到了高年级,不单单是篇,还要写“出采”。感觉,这样的训练,似乎有些“拔苗助长”。
    
    如果,在一年级的时候让孩子说好一句通顺完整的话,重点在于能够抓住图的主要意思,从写作四要素“时间,地点,人物,事件”来指导学生说话写话,相信大部分学生应该还是能完成的。到了一下的时候,再来指导学生用上在课文中学到的好词句,把这一句话说具体,比如“玩得怎么样,事情做得如何如何,或是心情有什么变化”等等,对于水平较高的学生指导他们从图上人物的表情、动作、语言等方面加以想象,把图意讲得更为完整些。二年级在此基础上训练学生写出新意,写出自己的感受,别总是人云亦云,还要养成写完后自己读一读的好习惯。三年级着重进行段的训练,学会把一段话说具体,按“总——分”或是“分——总”来写段,四年级再学着给段穿上“漂亮的外衣”——用上好词,教学生按照一定的顺序来观察来写作;五六年级再来指导学生把一件事的前因后果写完整,这样的习作训练,是否会教出更多爱写作文的孩子,怕写作文的孩子会少一些?
    
    再来说“勤训练”,说实话,我也觉得有点难。因为工作量实在是太大了。又不允许让学生互改,而每位教师每天要上课,备课,改作业,处理突发事件,还要听课,完成学校交给的任务,迎接检查等等,要做到像何老师说的天天写,真的是有点难度,如果低年级“天天说”倒不妨一试。听何老师讲,其实我们成人是不能理解孩子们的“儿童语言”的,在山东就有老师训练学生互改作文,因为儿童之间的语言他们自己能懂,据说这样的实验进行得还挺有收获的,真佩服他们,敢“第一个吃螃蟹”。想一想,如果让孩子们能自己互相改习作的话,在修改别人的句子中自己是否也得到了锻炼?是否也能提高自身的习作水平呢?
    
    最后说“多鼓励”。不说别人,就说自己吧。记得自己在写作路上最大的“恩师”是张文质老师。是他不断的鼓励让我能够勤动笔,把所得写下来,虽然写得不怎么样,但是还是会写出来,感觉张老师的眼睛就在那儿看着呢!如果,今天你对孩子说,这个词用得真好,相信今天孩子肯定会乐于写;如果你对孩子说,今天你真细心,发现了别人没发现的“秘密”,相信往后孩子会更为认真地观察生活,记录生活的……
    
    但是,说实在话,现在的老师,想做些实实在在的事,真难!因为能力精力真的是有限的,每次,在做那些为了检查而做的无聊的事情的时候,总想着什么时候才能让老师做自己想做的事,做对学生发展有益的事,什么时候才能让老师们的眼神,专注在学生的身上呢?所以,我更为佩服何捷老师,因为再苦再累他坚持下来,正由于他的坚持,孩子们乐于写,善于写,具有了“作文”的眼睛,拥有了作文的“素材库”,还有什么会难倒学生的呢?自然而然,学生们的习作新颖而与众不同,发表率就不用说了。
    
    想想我所遇到的评卷老师,现在还有老师是以作文长短来评分的,想来真可笑,没办法。还有,一二年级的语文考什么?别把学生学习的兴趣考没了!想起自己小学的时候,一二年级的考卷上,字词是主角,似乎学得挺轻松的,一百分的卷子是常有的事,可是我们学习起来不怕,爱学。而现在,一年级的考卷,字词句阅读写话样样齐全,二年级的考卷,规模就与六年级的差不多了,中下等生的困难可想可知。不知什么时候才能分学生的水平来考试,考学生会的,不单单考学生书面的,还来口头考试,考他们的拼读,朗读?考一些实用性更强的东西,把学生的创新意识激发出来?学语文,似那盖房子,最基本的字词基本功不训练扎实,做什么都得分率低呀!有时候看着那些学困生苦苦思索的样子,真心疼,但又没办法。这考试的制度呀,没有改,也别怪老师“狠心”。想想,这些“学困生”到底是谁制造出来的?我们现在的语文教学,到底是“培优”呢?还是“制造差生”?是,那些优等生要吃饱,可以让他们把剩余的时间用来看书呀!还有写作,感受等等,别给他们限死了,可是对于差生能否用另一套标准来评价?说到这儿,又是给自己增工作量了,因为如果真正这么实施下去的话,老师们要做的事会更多更多的,唉!难呀!……
