首先打开eclipse，选择help

点击help之后选择install new software

下拉找到what is already install，点击

选择你需要卸载的插件，如我要卸载ADT，点击之后点击下方的uninstall

点击finsh，提示需要restart（重启），重启之后这个插件就被卸载了。
