In some countries young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year between finishing high school and starting university studies.
Discuss the advantages and disadvantages for young people who decide to do this.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
When it comes to the time for transforming from high school to university, young people are encouraged to work or travel for a year or more. However, not only advantages but also disadvantages are coming our together currently.
Many physical and psychological experts, for a long time, have reached a common idea that a travel and relocation would probably change people’s mood and be effective for releasing high pressure. This explains why a few families are putting more budgets in children’s expenditures on travelling plans. In addition, study with a part-time job, to some extent, allows students to foster a better understanding on their studies. Professor Allen at Cambridge University, drew a significant conclusion that his students who have worked for about one year before entering university, were far more likely to win scholarships no matter how difficult their courses were.
Despite the benefits from choosing to work or travel , argues on the negative impacts never stopped. Mrs. June, a mother of a Junior student in one college, complained for the year his son spent in working out before studying at college, had ruined his whole life. There is a fact that intensive cultural effects and complicated social lures leave young people nothing but volatile misunderstanding on the world, particular to whom are weak in self-controlling abilities. Worse than that, one year gap causes potential difficulties in sustaining their education and building their knowledge basis.
Based on these analyses, personally I suggest we students shall make this decision depending on our different personalities. Young students who are strongly self-controlled, holding determined objectives and good at time –management, are definitely advised to challenge themselves after completing their high school.

BEC>TOEIC

Based on these analyses, personally I suggest we students shall make this decision depending on our different personalities.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
