Learning a foreign language enables me to know not only the virtue of hard work but also different cultures and gives me new insight into the world. The most exciting harvest from learning a foreign language is that I can communicate with more people. It is one of my favourite practices to chat with others, and a new language builds a communication bridge between strangers and me, allows me to partake in their conversations and makes it possible to make new friends. Now that I am able to understand English, no longer am I at a loss when they speak English to me. Foreign-language learning gives me an opportunity to take part and have more friends. It also makes it easier for me to bridge the difference between our mother tongue and culture and the foreign language and its culture.

Learning a language not only taught me the value of hard work, but also let me know the different culture, let me with a kind of brand-new thinking to look at things.
