我前几天也遇到这个问题，各种偿试，解决了，不知道这个方法适不适合你，供参考吧。我的方法是：进“控制面板”，进“区域和语言”，在“格式”中，将格式中的语言设置为“中文（简体，中国）”（我的电脑系统是win7），然后就OK啦。
